Replit at $253M ARR growing 2,352% YoY
Jan-Erik Asplund
TL;DR: Replit is going enterprise as non-technical business users at companies like Coinbase, Zillow, and Mercedes-Benz build internal tools & product prototypes, helping drive revenue to a Sacra-estimated ~$253M ARR in October 2025, up ~16x from $16M at the end of 2024 and up 2,352% year-over-year. We first covered Replit in November 2024 alongside Cognition and Cursor as a key player in vibe coding, then followed up at $70M ARR in June 2025 and $106M ARR in July 2025.
Key points from our Replit update via Sacra AI:
- Sacra estimates Replit’s annual recurring revenue (ARR) hit ~$253M in October 2025, up ~16x from $16M at the end of 2024, now valued at $3B after its $250M Series C for a ~12x ARR multiple—compared to Cursor at $500M ARR in May 2025, up ~4,000% year-over-year and valued at $9.9B (20x), Lovable at $120M ARR in August 2025, up ~71,000% YoY and valued at $1.8B (15x), and Vercel at $200M ARR in May 2025, up 174% YoY and valued at $9.3B (46.5x).
- While engineering teams prefer Cursor, Replit is capturing fast-growing enterprise AI spend across functions like marketing and revenue ops as non-engineers replace off-the-shelf SaaS and use Replit to build customized CPQ software, training games, social listening tools, calculators-as-marketing, and other types of products that can’t get on the engineering roadmap.
- Deploying internal apps (not coding activity) predicts long-term retention of Replit where Replit’s integrated authentication & storage creates behavioral lock-in—non-engineer users being less likely to graduate to AWS or GCP—and also improves unit economics as revenue shifts from low-margin inference to high-margin SaaS attach, with gross margins improving from negative 14% in April to 23% in July.
