Why Sacra exists
In working with operators and investors, we saw first-hand how little dependable information is available on private companies—even as those companies reshaped the markets and consumer behavior of the future.
Sacra was founded to close that gap. We believe that transparent, high-quality research catalyzes secondary liquidity, giving employees, early investors, and founders real options for how they participate in the companies they build. When equity is easier to price and trade, more capital recycles back into the startup ecosystem, fueling the next generation of builders.
