Threod wins by selling a ready to fight tool, not a box of parts. Because it builds the airframe, flight software, camera payloads, launchers, and ground control stack itself, it can change one system for a customer without waiting on several outside vendors to rework hardware, firmware, and interfaces. That matters in military procurement, where new radio links, payloads, and launch methods often need to be fielded fast and work on day one.
