The next step is deeper expansion into security and other tool heavy functions where alerts, tickets, databases, and internal systems still break across product boundaries. As more teams move from passive monitoring to automated response, platforms that can turn one engineer's ad hoc workflow into a governed, reusable internal system should capture a larger share of enterprise automation spend.
