Moving from 1,000 seats to 2,500 seats means the bottleneck was no longer individual enthusiasm, it was enterprise readiness, security review, admin controls, and training. That matters because a consulting firm is full of heavy email users, so one successful deployment can turn email speed into a company standard instead of a niche perk.
