From here, procurement leaders will keep converging toward the same full stack, sourcing, supplier network, payments, and financing. That favors vendors with entrenched enterprise distribution, because once the feature gap closes, share shifts less on product novelty and more on who already sits inside the buyer's ERP and approval workflows.
