The real tradeoff is that warehouse expansion makes Nile more valuable as a platform, but less elegant as a business. Nile wins today by standardizing office and campus deployments into a repeatable subscription with strong software attachment. Warehouses pull the model toward denser access point layouts, more custom site design, tougher radio conditions around racks and moving equipment, and more hands on deployment work, which lifts revenue per site but also raises hardware and service cost.
