The real risk is not that frontier labs match Harmonic on raw math scores, it is that they bury good enough math inside products customers already use every day. Harmonic asks customers to adopt a separate verification stack built on Lean 4, while OpenAI and Google can fold reasoning into broad chat, coding, and enterprise workflows. That makes Harmonic strongest where a wrong answer is unacceptable, and weakest where speed and convenience matter more than proof level certainty.
