Ongoing intelligence improvement means the customer is buying a system that absorbs new task data, fine tunes itself around real workflows, and compounds in value the longer it is used. That shifts pricing from seat licenses toward metered automation and performance based contracts.

The clearest analogue is fine tuning and post deployment adaptation. In production AI stacks, teams increasingly treat deployment as the start of improvement, because live usage data reveals failure cases that static offline training misses. That is what turns an AI product from a one time model artifact into an improving service.

A system that improves in the field can justify stronger pricing than a packaged model, because the customer is not just renting compute. They are buying higher task success over time. That is closer to how BPO and labor contracts are sold, where payment tracks work completed, accuracy, and throughput, not just software access.

This also creates a very different moat. If Core Automation can use customer workflows to make its systems better, each deployment becomes both revenue and training infrastructure. By contrast, vendors selling access to a frozen checkpoint are easier to compare on benchmark scores and token price alone.
The market is moving toward AI products sold as adaptive workers rather than static tools. If Core Automation can make continual improvement real inside customer workflows, it can capture more of the value created per task and build a compounding data and product advantage that looks more like an operating system for automation than a conventional model vendor.
