Navan can invert that play and use professional service firms as its own embedded distribution layer.
  • This also widens Navan beyond pure travel managers into outsourced finance operations. Navan Connect already links to about 250 banks across 100 currencies, which means a partner can keep a client on its existing cards and banking setup instead of forcing a rip and replace. That makes multi client servicing much easier for firms with heterogeneous customer bases.

The next step is packaging partner specific consoles for each service vertical, with permissions, client rollups, and reporting tuned to how those firms actually work.
