We first covered Higgsfield as the Kazakhstan-founded AI video startup hit $100M ARR in November 2025, growing 44% CMGR6, up from $11M in May.
Later that month, we interviewed Higgsfield CEO Alex Mashrabov to learn more about Higgsfield’s vision for the future of AI video and the dynamics between aggregators & research labs.
Key points from our January 2026 update via Sacra AI:
- Sacra estimates that Higgsfield hit $230M ARR in January 2026, up from $100M in November 2025 and $11M in May 2025, growing at a 60% compound monthly growth rate (CMGR) from October through December, more than doubling in two months while processing 3 million generations per day across 15 million accounts, raising an $80M Series A extension at a $1.3B valuation for a ~5.7x revenue multiple.
- At $230M and $240M ARR respectively as of January 2026, Higgsfield and Kuaishou's Kling have emerged as the two breakout AI video platforms for marketers—both offering text-to-video & image-to-video with editing via natural language, lip-syncing, and consistent characters across shots—with the key difference being that Kling is a vertically integrated foundation model lab owned by short-video social network Kuaishou ($HKG: 1024, $46B market cap), while Higgsfield is a model-agnostic aggregator that bundles Kling alongside Sora and Veo behind 60+ cinematic presets & workflows for quickly generating ads.
- Like Canva ($3.3B ARR, growing 44% YoY) democratized design for non-designers through WYSIWYG templates that abstract away the complexity of Photoshop-style editing, Higgsfield is democratizing video for marketers through curated model galleries and cinematic presets that abstract away prompt engineering—giving social media managers and e-commerce brands the power to produce professional video content without technical expertise or production budgets.
