How does Shortwave identify itself in terms of target market - consumer, B2B, or both/ neither?
Jacob Wenger
Co-founder & CPO at Shortwave
I think the answer is both, but on slightly different time periods.
Our long-term mission as a company is to build a high-quality, decentralized, and secure communications platform that everyone can use. In order to do that, we know the first step is building a business that can support this service. We’re focused on the business aspect and building a sustainable business by focusing on individual knowledge workers who are part of a team.
I would say we're very much focused on business users right now. We do have personal users who make use of Shortwave, but they’re more incidental customers for us at this point. We want to nail the business use case first.
