How does QuickNode design for a resilient company that can benefit from both downturns and boom times?
Auston Bunsen
Co-founder at QuickNode
This is a pretty tough question and I actually don't have a good answer. For me, the process of building a company is the same, no matter if it's boom or bust. There are customers that want to use your service. The service should be available, of high quality and with great customer service. That's pretty much it.
I guess it’s just about the fundamentals. So, whether there's 50,000 customers at the door or five, we're just focused on making sure all of them are well taken care of and happy.
