The real value in a white label channel is that it turns Jarsy from a destination app into hidden inventory inside apps that already own investor attention and payments. Jarsy already structures deals through Delaware SPVs and wraps them in economic right tokens, so the extra step is distribution, not rebuilding the product. In markets where super apps and fintech wallets already train users to store money and buy multiple financial products in one interface, embedded pre IPO access could add volume without paying to win each user one by one.

  • Jarsy’s current model is already set up for API style packaging. The company holds secondary shares through SPVs and issues one to one backed economic right tokens to users, which means a partner app could show a simple buy flow while Jarsy handles sourcing, structure, and corporate actions in the background.
  • This is where Jarsy differs from Forge and EquityZen. Those platforms are built around heavier paperwork, direct marketplace workflows, and investor acquisition on their own surfaces. Jarsy is trying to shrink the product into a small ticket, consumer friendly unit, more like an invest button than a broker led transaction.
  • Super apps matter because they already monetize trust and frequency. Rappi shows the pattern. One app combines payments, delivery, commerce, and subscriptions, then cross sells users into more categories over time. A bank or wallet with that kind of repeat traffic can make private assets a feature, not a standalone app download.

The next step is a split market structure. Standalone apps will prove demand and educate early adopters, then larger banks, brokerages, and super apps will absorb the category through embedded rails. If Jarsy becomes the backend for that distribution, it can scale faster than a pure consumer brand and become infrastructure for retail private market access.
