CloudZero says every customer gets a FinOps certified practitioner, a joint success plan, weekly onboarding calls, custom dimensions and views, training, and executive business reviews. The customer success team is doing real configuration and operating design work, not basic ticket support.

CloudZero’s product centers on Dimensions, which map raw billing and telemetry data into business context and handle messy shared costs.
