CA-1 Europa combines Helsings Centaur autonomy with a Grob built 3 to 5 ton airframe, while HENSOLDT adds radar, optronics, self protection, EW sensors, and MDOcore for multi domain mission coordination. • In sea, the same pattern shows up with Blue Ocean. Helsing already had Lura for acoustic intelligence, which turns raw underwater sound into submarine and infrastructure alerts. Blue Ocean adds the physical glider and manufacturing base, so Helsing can ship an end product to navies, not just an analytics layer.2 6

Quantum Systems is using acquisitions to broaden from surveillance drones into mini drones, AI pilot software, ground robots, and motors, while ICEYE shows how Europe is building sovereign space and sensor infrastructure. The next step is a tighter European autonomous systems stack, where Helsing links its own aircraft and maritime vehicles with partner sensors and satellites into one operating system for defense.
