EliseAI land and expand model

EliseAI

Company Report
Over half of housing customers use three or more products, so expansion revenue appears to be a material part of growth

This is what makes EliseAI look more like a multi product operating layer than a single point solution. In housing, the company starts with the workflow that is easiest to buy, leasing, then expands into adjacent jobs that use the same renter conversations, staff inboxes, and property data, like maintenance, renewals, delinquency, VoiceAI, and EliseCRM. That means growth can keep coming from the same account after the first rollout, not just from adding new buildings or new logos.

  • The product map is built for cross sell. EliseAI groups prospect management, resident operations, VoiceAI, compliance tools, and CRM into one platform, and several modules share the same communication rails across phone, SMS, email, and chat, which lowers the switching cost for adding another module once the first one is live.
  • The expansion path follows the actual property workflow. A housing operator can start by automating tour booking and lead follow up, then extend the same system into work orders, rent collection reminders, renewals, and centralized call handling. That broadens spend from one department budget into day to day site operations.
  • This matters financially because a land and expand model can compound quickly when core accounts add products across large unit bases. EliseAI reached an estimated $200M of revenue by May 31, 2026, up from $75M at year end 2024, which is consistent with strong account expansion layered on top of new customer wins.

The next phase is deeper standardization inside large operators, where EliseAI becomes the default system for every renter touchpoint that is not the core property ledger. If that happens, future growth should come less from selling one more chatbot, and more from taking a larger share of software and labor spend inside each customer.
