This partnership matters because it lets Wordsmith sell a legal transformation program, not just a software license. Large legal teams rarely buy AI tools as a simple seat rollout. They need workflow redesign, system integration, training, and internal adoption support across lawyers, legal ops, procurement, and business users. Morae already does that work for law departments and law firms, which gives Wordsmith a faster path into bigger enterprise deployments without building a large services arm from scratch.
