Redwood is turning battery heterogeneity into a supply advantage. Most storage vendors want thousands of identical fresh cells so they can sell a standard box with a standard warranty. Redwood starts with the opposite reality, retired EV packs that all look different, then uses Pack Manager as the control layer that lets those mixed packs act like one storage plant. • The feedstock edge comes from collection relationships. Redwood already processes more than 20 GWh of lithium ion batteries a year, works with automakers and cell makers like Toyota, Panasonic, and GM, and uses those relationships to source packs before smaller second life specialists can access them.1 2

The next step is a larger market than recycling alone. As more U.S. EV packs age out, Redwood can route each pack to the highest value path, reuse first, recycle later, and sell into data centers, grid projects, and industrial power customers.
