In practice, QA Wolf must staff people near the customer, not just spin up servers in a new region.

QA Wolf does need EU and APAC infrastructure for data residency and latency, but its workflow also depends on shared Slack channels, bug triage, and test maintenance. A local team that can debug failures during the customer day creates a service advantage that pure SaaS vendors do not need to replicate.

BrowserStack reaches 50,000 plus paying customers across 135 plus countries with a classic infrastructure SaaS model, while QA Wolf is aiming for fewer, higher touch relationships where the vendor effectively becomes part of the QA function. That usually scales slower, but creates stronger switching costs because replacing the vendor means rebuilding people, process, and tooling together.
As testing shifts from scripts that teams maintain themselves to vendors that own the result, the winners outside North America will be the ones that can localize both infrastructure and labor. If QA Wolf executes that regional rollout well, its expansion into EMEA and APAC should deepen the moat, because every new geography adds another hard to copy layer of service, trust, and operational know how.
