Decagon gains enterprise scale with TaskUs
Decagon
The TaskUs partnership turns Decagon from a software vendor into part of a larger services led buying motion. Instead of Decagon needing to win every enterprise account through its own sales team, TaskUs can bring it into big customer experience overhauls where a buyer also needs call center operations, process redesign, rollout support, and human agents to work alongside AI across chat, email, and phone.1 2 3 4
- TaskUs announced the Decagon partnership in May 2025 as part of its agentic AI consulting push. The pitch is concrete, TaskUs maps a client’s workflows and training materials, trains the AI on that operating context, then integrates Decagon into live customer support operations. That makes TaskUs a reseller, implementation partner, and change management layer, not just a referral source.1 2
- This matters most in voice and hybrid support. Decagon had already moved beyond text support with voice agents and call center integrations, while TaskUs brings contact center scale and digital CX delivery. Together they can sell a package where AI handles routine contacts and TaskUs staffs the humans who catch escalations, edge cases, and quality control.3 4 5
- The partnership also helps Decagon compete with both software incumbents and BPOs. In AI support, many deployments still need custom integrations and hands on rollout work. Pairing with TaskUs gives Decagon enterprise distribution and operational credibility similar to what help desk incumbents get from channel partners, while keeping Decagon focused on the AI layer itself.6 7 8
This points toward AI customer service being sold less like standalone SaaS and more like a combined software plus services transformation. If that model keeps working, Decagon can reach larger global accounts faster through partners like TaskUs, especially in voice heavy and regulated support environments where implementation depth matters as much as model quality.1 2 4 6
