The real regulatory tailwind is not more labeling volume, it is a shift toward evidence grade human validation. As the EU AI Act moves from broad principles into enforceable obligations, AI builders need records showing who reviewed outputs, how participant groups were selected, and whether safety and bias checks were run across different languages and demographics.
