EigenCloud Agent Control Plane

AgentKit shows EigenCloud is trying to own the full agent control plane, not just sell backend parts. A developer can spin up one package that gives an agent a wallet, money to spend in USDC, a social identity, model access across Anthropic, OpenAI, and Gemini, and an execution environment whose behavior can be checked later. That turns EigenCloud from infrastructure plumbing into the operating layer where an agent actually lives and transacts.

• This also changes the buyer. Raw DA sells mainly to rollups, and raw TEE compute sells to teams that already know how to wire wallets and model APIs themselves. AgentKit targets application developers who want an OpenAI style workflow, but need the agent to hold funds, call outside models, and prove what happened after the fact.

• The closest comparables package adjacent pieces, but from narrower starting points. Oasis, Phala, and iExec focus more on confidential execution. Ritual makes agent runtime primitives first class. Hyperscalers offer enclaves and attestation, but not the same Ethereum native wallet, slashing, and DA bundle. AgentKit is EigenCloud's bid to package those layers as one deployable product.

The next step is for EigenCloud to become the trusted router above the models, where the system not only proves one inference ran correctly, but also proves why a certain model was chosen, what budget was used, and what policy gate approved the action. If that happens, EigenCloud moves from verifiable execution into verifiable decisioning.
