The moment one person needs desktop capture, redaction, branded exports, or other Pro features, the cleanest path is often upgrading the whole workspace, because Scribe bills Pro at the team level and does not allow free and paid seats to sit side by side in one team. That raises revenue per activated account without waiting for each user to convert one by one.
