Consultancies Turning Claude into Workflows
Anthropic
Consulting partners are how a model company turns raw intelligence into budget sized transformation projects. Claude can answer questions out of the box, but large buyers usually need it wired into internal data, approval flows, and legacy systems before it changes real work. Deloitte and PwC are effectively the installers and operators, packaging Claude into concrete workflows in finance, healthcare, insurance, and software modernization.1 2 3 4 5
- Deloitte is not just reselling seats. It made Claude available to 470,000 professionals, built a Claude Center of Excellence, and committed to training and certifying 15,000 staff. That creates a large delivery bench that can take Claude from pilot use into industry specific deployments.1 2 6
- PwC is using the same playbook from a different angle. It is deploying Claude internally, then wrapping it into client work, including a Claude native finance practice and healthcare and life sciences offerings that place governed agents inside core operational systems.3 7 8
- This sits between cloud distribution and vertical software. Snowflake gives Anthropic access to 12,600 customers through existing data infrastructure, while service firms handle the last mile of process redesign and integration that a foundation model vendor usually cannot do alone.4 9
The next step is a thicker services ecosystem around Claude. The $100M Partner Network and formal partner training turn consultancies into a scaled distribution and implementation layer, which should push Claude deeper into regulated and operations heavy industries where buying the model is easy but changing the workflow is the real sale.5 10
