AirOps makes Quill a marketing OS
AirOps
This round shows AirOps is moving from selling AI content tools to owning the full workflow of winning traffic from AI answers. Quill is the center of that shift. It watches where a brand is or is not being cited, suggests campaigns, drafts content, routes work for human approval, and learns from edits. The funding follows a year where AirOps went from $2.5M ARR in 2024 to $13M in 2025 and was already being valued like a fast growing category leader.1 2 3
- Quill is not just a writing assistant. It acts more like an operating layer for marketers, combining visibility monitoring, campaign recommendations, content generation, human review, and feedback loops in one product. That makes the product stickier than a single prompt box or article generator.1
- AirOps is expanding into the same budget area as AEO and AI search tracking startups like Peec, but from the content workflow side. Peec measures how a brand appears across ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and Perplexity. AirOps is pushing further into fixing the underlying content that changes those outcomes.1 3
- The step up from a $225M post money valuation in November 2025 to a larger round in May 2026 reflects how investors started pricing AI visibility software more like core growth infrastructure. Similar companies in the space were also being discussed on high teens revenue multiples, despite very different product starting points.2 3
The next phase is a merge between measurement and execution. Winners in this market will not stop at dashboards that show AI visibility, or at generators that publish pages. They will connect prompt level monitoring, content changes, offsite citation building, and proof of traffic lift into one system that marketing teams can run every day.1 3
