Depop is trying to make supply itself feel like content. A brand archive drop gives the app something ordinary resale marketplaces cannot easily copy, a small batch of recognizable pieces with built in story and scarcity. That matters because Depop now pairs those drops with Outfits, a collage tool built from live listings, so rare inventory does double duty, it gets shared and styled for discovery first, then bought through the same feed.
