The Work Transformation Set bundles Google's AI-powered productivity suite with JumpCloud's identity, device, and access management under a single Google contract and price

This bundle turns JumpCloud from a point security tool into a distribution layer inside Google’s push to win modern workplace IT. Instead of asking an IT buyer to piece together Google Workspace, identity, device controls, and access policies from separate vendors, Google can now sell one package, one contract, and one bill. That matters because procurement friction is often what keeps mid market companies on Microsoft stacks or with incumbent identity vendors.1 2 3

  • The product logic is concrete. Google supplies email, docs, meetings, and Gemini powered productivity tools. JumpCloud supplies the control plane that creates user accounts, enrolls laptops, applies MFA, and decides which apps and devices can connect. That makes Google’s suite feel more like a full workplace operating system, not just collaboration software.1 2
  • Google is using bundles to attack Microsoft migration pain. In October 2025 it launched Work Transformation Set options with both JumpCloud and an Okta plus Omnissa combination, all under a Google Cloud contract. JumpCloud’s slot in that lineup suggests Google sees unified identity plus device management as essential to displacing Microsoft 365 in larger accounts.2 5
  • For JumpCloud, the payoff is reach and positioning. The company was already at roughly $105M ARR by 2023 and had expanded from directory services into device management, SSO, and MFA. Selling through Google lets that broader product set ride a much larger channel, while reinforcing JumpCloud’s pitch as the Zero Trust layer for mixed fleets of Macs, Windows PCs, and cloud apps.3 6

The next step is clear. JumpCloud is extending the same control plane from employees and laptops to AI agents on Google Cloud. If Google keeps bundling Gemini adoption with identity, device, and agent governance, JumpCloud can become part of the default architecture for companies that choose Google as their workplace and AI stack.1
