EliseAI Upstream Marketplace Integration
EliseAI
This partnership matters because it moves EliseAI from being a tool a property manager buys after a lead arrives, to part of the place where the lead is created and worked from the first message. On Zillow Rentals, EliseAI answers questions, books tours, and follows up inside the listing itself. That gives EliseAI more top of funnel volume, more behavior data on what renters ask and do, and a stronger case that its software lifts leasing outcomes before an operator even logs into their own system.
-
The Zillow integration is exclusive and built into Zillow multifamily listings. Eligible partners get AI Assist at no added cost, which lowers adoption friction and lets EliseAI reach properties through the marketplace channel, not just through direct software sales to operators.
-
The value is concrete. Renters using AI Assist were 19% more likely to book a tour, 43% more likely to apply, and 24% more likely to sign a lease, across shared portfolio data from October 2025 through April 2026. That makes upstream placement easier to defend commercially.
-
Competitors are trying to build similar data loops from different starting points. Funnel ties AI to its CRM so renter interactions stay in one record across a portfolio, while RealPage is embedding AI across its installed base of more than 24 million rental units. EliseAI’s marketplace wedge gives it a distinct way to gather intent data earlier in the workflow.
The next step is more distribution deals where renter conversations start outside the operator’s own stack. If EliseAI keeps inserting itself into listing sites, intake funnels, and central leasing workflows, it can become the default system that sees renter intent first and turns that visibility into better automation, stronger conversion, and deeper product lock in.
