The key strategic point is that an embodied AI company wins faster by becoming the software layer inside other companies' robots than by owning every robot in the field. OEM and integrator partnerships put the model into many real workflows at once, which means more deployments, more edge cases, and more operating data from warehouses, factories, and service environments without the cost of manufacturing, financing, and servicing a global fleet.
