For agencies like ActionRocket, the expensive part is not just writing HTML, it is paying for bundled inbox previews and testing workflows at the scale of many clients and many iterations. That makes Litmus Builder feel attached to a broader QA purchase, while Parcel wins by being built first for day to day coding, collaboration, and fast edits.
