In practice, human verification means someone still checks low confidence outputs before they hit the chart or billing workflow. That protects accuracy, but it also adds labor cost that scales with usage. The next phase of the market is a race to replace partial automation with full workflow completion. Winners will be the vendors that can turn a conversation into a signed note, coded visit, and EHR action with minimal human cleanup. That is where margins improve, deployment speeds up, and ambient scribing becomes core infrastructure instead of a helpful add on.
