This deal turns Tavily from a tool that each AI team buys separately into a feature that ships inside an enterprise AI cloud. Nebius can sell inference, web retrieval, and agent infrastructure together, which makes Tavily easier to adopt inside large accounts already running workloads on Nebius, including Microsoft capacity commitments and other enterprise cloud customers.
