SambaNova is trying to win the enterprise AI budget by selling a finished system, not a component. Instead of asking a bank, lab, or government agency to buy chips from one vendor, stitch together software from another, and hire consultants to make it all run, SambaNova sells the rack, the software layer that compiles and runs models, and the services team that prepares data, tunes models, and deploys production workloads. That makes the sale bigger, slower, and stickier.
