The real risk is not that Siro has a better feature, it is that ServiceTitan can turn Siro into the default buy inside the system many contractors already use to run dispatch, jobs, and payments. Once Field Pro sits in the same navigation, permissions, technician records, and job data as the core ServiceTitan workflow, activation looks more like turning on a module than starting a new software purchase.

  • ServiceTitan now presents Field Pro as a built in Pro product, powered by Siro, with recording, transcripts, coaching, pre job briefs, and diagnostics tied directly to job records. That matters because the manager reviews calls and coachable moments in the same operating system already used every day.
  • The activation path is lightweight. After purchase, admins can enable Field Pro for technicians from ServiceTitan settings, using existing technician profiles and permissions. That removes a lot of procurement and rollout friction compared with bringing in a separate vendor, separate mobile app, and separate admin workflow.
  • This wedge is especially important because ServiceTitan has become the core software layer for home services, with hundreds of millions in revenue, roughly 12,000 service provider customers in prior research, and a history of expanding ARPU through add on products and marketplace distribution. Winning inside that ecosystem can be cheaper than winning contractor by contractor.

Going forward, the fight in home services is likely to shift from stand alone conversation intelligence toward who controls the operating system surface where technicians already start and finish each job. If ServiceTitan keeps bundling AI field tools into its core workflow, independent vendors will need stronger cross vertical reach or enterprise distribution outside the ServiceTitan base.
