Workvivo's Edge Through Unified Experience
Workvivo
This market is shifting from single purpose employee apps to suites that try to own every employee touchpoint, but the winner still has to feel like one product. LumApps is becoming harder to ignore because it now spans intranet, frontline communication, workplace services, and employee journeys through Beekeeper, Comeen, and HeyAxel. That creates a larger budget conversation. It also creates product stitching work, which gives Workvivo room to win when buyers care most about one clean daily experience.

LumApps and Beekeeper say the combined platform serves more than 7 million users, 2,000 plus clients, and about $150M in recurring revenue. That scale lets LumApps pitch one bigger platform sale across desk based and frontline workers, instead of one communications tool seat by seat.

Comeen adds concrete workplace operations, including room booking, visitor management, and digital signage. HeyAxel, now LumApps Journeys, adds no code onboarding and lifecycle orchestration. Those are useful adjacencies, but they come from separate acquired products that must be made to look, search, permission, and report like one system.

Unily is pushing the category in the same direction with Unily Glass, launched in March 2026 as an action layer with more than 80 integrated actions across systems. That raises buyer expectations from reading company news to actually completing tasks, which pressures every vendor to combine breadth with low friction.
The next phase of competition will center on whether broad employee suites can hide their internal seams. If Workvivo keeps the core feed, intranet, and communications workflow feeling simpler than larger stitched together bundles, it can stay strong even as rivals broaden procurement scope and bundle more modules into the deal.
