Company Report
The February 2026 launch of NinjaOne PSA extended the platform into MSP billing, contracts, time tracking, and service delivery

This launch matters because it turns NinjaOne from a tool MSPs use to manage devices into a system they can use to run the business side of each customer account. PSA is where tickets become labor entries, labor entries attach to contracts, and contracts become invoices. By making that workflow native to NinjaOne RMM, the company moves into the budget that often decides which core platform an MSP standardizes on.

  • NinjaOne positioned PSA as a native extension of RMM, tying tickets, documentation, asset data, time tracking, contracts, and billing into one workflow. In practice, that means work done on an endpoint can flow straight into the service record and then into the invoice, with less manual re entry by technicians and back office staff.
  • This puts NinjaOne directly against the incumbents that have long owned the MSP back office. ConnectWise PSA centers on agreements, SLA management, time tracking, project billing, and accounting sync. Kaseya BMS similarly bundles service desk, project management, contract management, invoicing, and reporting. That is the operating core of an MSP, not just an add on module.
  • The broader pattern is platform expansion. After adding SaaS backup and email archiving through Dropsuite, NinjaOne used PSA to move from endpoint operations into revenue operations. With ARR estimated at $500M for 2025, each adjacent module makes the platform stickier and raises the share of wallet available from both MSPs and internal IT teams.

From here, the company is heading toward a fuller MSP operating system, where endpoint management, backup, ticketing, vulnerability workflows, and billing all sit in one data model. If execution holds, the next leg of competition shifts away from point features and toward which vendor can replace the most separate tools, staff clicks, and month end reconciliation work.
